Establishment’s Storm Troops: Antifa’s Violent Rampage across America

At least 350—and likely far more—members of America’s “Antifa” movement have been arrested so far this year for violent riots which have inflicted millions of dollars of damage to private and public property, including the riot they started last week in Charlottesville.

And—ironically—far from being the “anarchists” that they think they are, Antifa are in fact only doing the establishment’s dirty work in trying to suppress any real opposition to the system.

According to a highly sympathetic article on CNN (for example, the article’s headline ludicrously claimed that Antifa “seek[s] peace through violence”), the movement’s adherents deliberately wear black and masks in order to carry out their illegal and criminal activities.

Quoting one Antifa member by the name of Scott Crow, the article said that the activists wear their distinctive black clothing as “a means to an end.”

“People put on the masks so that we can all become anonymous, right? And then, therefore, we are able to move more freely and do what we need to do, whether it is illegal or not,” Crow said.

“And that means avoiding police, whom many Antifa members see as an enemy, as well as skirting the scrutiny Antifa activists often get from alt-right trolls on the Internet. Black bloc, one member told us, also unites the movement,” the CNN article continued.

“Even though it only takes one person to break a window, it doesn’t matter because the bloc moves together,” said a 26-year-old named Maura, who wouldn’t give her last name.

Antifa activists often don’t hesitate to destroy property, which many see as the incarnation of unfair wealth distribution.

“Violence against windows—there’s no such thing as violence against windows,” a masked Antifa member in Union Square told CNN. “Windows don’t have—they’re not persons. And even when they are persons, the people we fight back against, they are evil. They are the living embodiment, they are the second coming of Hitler.”

“Each of us breaks the law every day. It’s just that we make the conscious choice to do that,” he said.

Antifa members also sometimes launch attacks against people who aren’t physically attacking them. The movement, Crow said, sees alt-right speech as violent, and for that, its activists have opted to meet violence with violence.

Right or wrong, “that’s for history to decide,” he said.

CNN went on to say that while “Antifa members don’t fit a single category, they say many are millennials and many live on society’s fringes: undocumented immigrants, transgender people, low-wage workers, those who don’t conform to the traditional 9-to-5.

“And their methods are often violent. Antifa leaders admit they’re willing to physically attack anyone who employs violence against them or who condones racism.”
A total of 214 Antifa members have been indicted so far on felony rioting charges in connection with the Inauguration Day protests in downtown Washington D.C.

Felony rioting carries a maximum of 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000.

The indictment accuses the defendants of using a tactic called “Black Bloc” in which people conceal their identities with dark or black clothing and accessories such as scarves, sunglasses, helmets, and masks.

They assaulted a limousine driver, smashed windows of local businesses, destroyed a government vehicle, and committed “violent and destructive acts,” according to the indictment.

Since then, Antifa has carried its program of violence across the nation, including Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Houston, Alabama, Nebraska—and at the University of California, Berkeley, where Antifa thugs smashed windows and set fires during protests against the Breitbart homosexual Milo Yiannopoulos.

While it is unknown how many Antifa were arrested at these violent clashes, at least 150 have been arrested in the half a dozen “protests” since Election Day in Portland, Oregon, according to police in that city.

Although their violent track record is proven and cannot be doubted, Antifa adherents are given free rein on the Internet and social media by the same tech companies that have deplatformed many alt-right sites. In fact, Antifa protests are organized via Facebook.

The CNN article went on to reveal that the Portland-based “Rose City Antifa gets the most attention when violence explodes at its rallies.”

“And for that, its members don’t apologize,” the article added. “You have to put your body in the way,” the group’s leader said, “and you have to make it speak in the language that they understand. And sometimes that is violence.”

“It’s a perspective several Antifa activists shared with CNN, even knowing that violence has led to hundreds of arrests across the country.”

The CNN article in question was meant to be a whitewash for the Antifa’s violence, justifying it as so-called “action against racism.” Even the article’s wording about “violence exploding” at Antifa rallies reveals the bias. Violence does not “explode” anywhere—it is started by someone, and, as the criminal record shows, at these “protests,” the violence is always started by Antifa, not anyone else.

The most ironic part of the Antifa phenomenon is that although they like to portray themselves as “against the system” and “anarchists,” they are in reality supported and covered by the establishment and its controlled media.

Antifa is, in fact, the establishment’s storm troopers, who are directed against those who the ruling elite really hate and fear.
