Nearly half of the Arizona Legislature wants to force President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate to state officials if he runs for re-election.
A state House committee on Tuesday approved the measure sponsored by 40 of the state’s 90 legislators. It would require presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the requirements to be president.
All 40 co-sponsors are Republicans, comprising 75 percent of the GOP caucus. Two of them have since resigned to run for Congress.
The idea was proposed by Skull Valley Republican Rep. Judy Burges. She says if people have to prove their citizenship to apply for a job or get a passport, they should have to prove it to run for president.

It is not necessary for Arizona to make such a law. It is a FEDERAL requirement that a President be a “Natural-Born” American. The federal officials FAILED to honor the US Constitution and committed misprision of Treason and Misprision of Felony.The Judiciary system,the legislature and the media are looking the other way for whatever reason. Elections in Arizona are conducted by the state government, not by the feds. The Results are provided to the feds by the State Board of Elections.
It is ABSOLUTELY neccessary for Candidates to prove that they are eligible for office at EVERY level; local, county, state, or federal.
Arizona absolutely has the power to demand this as proof of eligibility, as criteria for allowing that potential Candidate’s name to appear on the ballot.
Arizona Legislators absolutely have the responsibility to demand this kind of documentation from every candidate for every office, including federal elections.
If a Candidate chooses NOT to provide the documentation required by the Arizona Board of Elections, then he or she can simply not appear on the ballot at all. That is a fair standard that should apply to all Candidates.

The fact that Obamanation was able to slip through the entire web at the individual level reveals two things:
1. There was a true a valid conspiracy among all the state electoral boards (or simple and plain laziness and ineptitude).
2. This legislation was and is absolutely necessary to ensure that nothing like it ever happens again without dire consequences.
It was the National Unions who tricked everyone…Arizona is a non-union state…and leans very much to the right>>>and is also a heavy “pro” gun state, with many firearms manufacturing facilities operating in the state. With the second amendment on the supreme court “front burner” currently, Arizona sees that it is now the right time to flush Barack Hussein Obama out of the wood pile.
