I guess Obummer has no "heart" to speak from. Since he is either inept as a leader of the USA or doesn't care, I suspect he has another agenda, namely establishing a one-world-government. The main problem with establishing it is the USA because it is tops for now, but if he RUINS the USA, he can have his way (the way of George Soros, David Rockefeller, and the rest of the Bildeberger Group).
