More 9/11 Questions

Screenshot
This first video raise many important questions.  It is entitled Zero: An Investigation Into 9-11, and was made by Italian filmmakers.  I am posting this because it adds to the widespread controversy of this historic event.  It covers many other reasons why 9/11 needs a new independent investigation, instead of the government’s official 9/11 commission report written...

Joe Biden: “We Have to Go Spend Money to Keep From Going Bankrupt”

Screenshot
Vice President Joe Biden told people attending an AARP town hall meeting that unless the Democrat-supported health care plan becomes law the nation will go bankrupt and that the only way to avoid that fate is for the government to spend more money. “And folks look, AARP knows and the people with me here today know, the president knows, and I know, that the status quo...

The Federal Reserve Under Fire

Screenshot
The Federal Reserve is one of the most powerful and secretive institutions in Washington, long considered beyond the reach of lawmakers. But now, as details emerge of how the Fed secretly doled out more than a trillion dollars during the financial crisis, a rare bipartisan movement in Congress demands that the Fed be held accountable. Congressional plans to fund a massive health-care overhaul could have a job-killing effect on New York, creating a tax rate of nearly 60 percent for the state’s top earners and possibly pressuring small-business owners to shed workers. New York’s top income bracket could reach as high as 57 percent — rates not seen in three decades — to pay for...

While Google Alert produces scores of items on yesterday’s Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on the S.909, the Hate Crime Bill, only a few go beyond summarizing Attorney General Eric Holder’s submission to give even a cursory account of what was said in opposition. So once again we are reliant on the invaluable service supplied by the Rev Ted Pike (sign up at...

The Saturn V carrying Apollo 11 lifts off from Cape Canaveral on July 16, 1969. To commemorate the anniversary, NASA released newly restored video footage of the Apollo 11 moon landings — but the fabled...

Transmutation of America Into a Tense Multicultural Bouquet

Post Pic
An odd thing happened to the United States in the 21st century as it tripped into quicksand over its guilt-ridden past of discrimination toward minorities such as Native Americans, Asians, Blacks and Latinos. What happened? After all, the fact remains that white settlers trespassed, ravaged, and slaughtered 522 Indian tribes—their languages, cultures and ways of...
