Metro Police say Christopher Tremble shot Harold Boney in January. A grand jury has indicted Tremble on multiple charges, including malice murder, aggravated assault, and felony murder.
A 21 year-old Savannah man has been indicted in the first murder of 2009.
Christopher Tremble was indicted on several charges including malice murder, aggravated assault, and felony murder.
Metro Police say Tremble shot Harold Boney.
Boney’s body was discovered in his car on Temple Street. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.
Tremble turned himself in to police at his lawyer’s office in February. A grand jury handed up the indictment Wednesday.
