A non-white student who killed a white man with a single blow during an argument in Bristol has been jailed for only 18 months.
Mohammed Waqar, 22, of Stratford Road in Sparkhill, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to manslaughter after punching Simon Bampton in the head on 19 August. Mr Bampton, 21, from Southampton, suffered a brain haemorrhage when his head jerked back from a single punch dealt by the part-time bouncer. Waqar admitted the charge at an earlier hearing at Bristol Crown Court.
Sentencing Wagar, Judge Mr Raymond Jack said: “It’s one of those cases when a single blow can have such tragic consequences for all concerned.

“I accept that your remorse is genuine and that this offence is out of character but you should have resisted the impulse to get out the car.
Speaking outside the court Mr Bampton’s partner Natasha Matthews described the sentence as “pathetic”.
“He has taken Simon’s [life], he has ruined our future and he has the rest of his life.”

Mr Bampton, who was working in Bristol as a construction worker, was described as “the salt of the earth, hard working and a good laugh.”
He and a friend were walking home to their hotel when they became involved in an argument with Waqar.
The court heard Mr Bampton was walking in the middle of the road when Waqar got out of his car and punched him once to the head. The blow caused an artery to sever and he died later in hospital.
We wonder what the sentence would have been if Mr Bampton had killed Mohammed Waqar in what the media would have hyped up as racist slaying!

Race has all to do with what has happened! When we take a look at the rates of non-white on white crime…. I would have said that this is an accident if it was just one such a crime or 2 but when these fucking non whites are a minority and own 90% of the crimes from USA while whites own only 10% even though they are the majority……..
